Sale of the Year!

This has to be my most rewarding sale of the year. We worked together for about 2 years to find Eric his first home. Along the way we discovered we both graduated from Justin Siena and knew many people in common. I learned that he is the first male in his family to graduate from college and he accomplished this from St. Mary’s College by earning scholarships. Now, as an accomplished young professional, we finally found him his first home and it never even hit the open market!
