It was an incredible pleasure to help two Napa teachers buy a home in Napa this week. In a multiple offer situation, we got their offer accepted and some repairs completed before the end of their quick escrow period. It is wonderful to see them start the next chapter of their life!
The Napa real estate market is seeing more price reductions than new listings. It seems that sellers are hoping for top dollar and buyers are looking for value. There are still homes such as 10 Fallen Leaf Ct. which received multiple over asking offers in less than a week. Yet other properties are sitting and giving in to lower prices.
I will be at 1505 King Ave., which was just reduced to $619,900 today from 12-3PM. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath Alta Heights home on 0.19 of an acre. This home has a remodeled hall bath with tile floors, tile shower & tub, a spacious master suite with an attached enclosed porch. The new owner of this home will enjoy a one car detached garage with front porch area, deck area, side dog run area, large front yard with grass and side area with grass. There are even skylights, central heat/air, brick fireplace & covered front patio. Come check it out!
All open houses are below for today! One additional open house is at 2201 Culpepper St. offered at $705,000 and open 11-4 today. https://www.zillow.com/homes/for_sale/19398742_zpid/38.334768,-122.324677,38.332045,-122.329291_rect/17_zm/
Enjoy this fall weather!
Growing up in Napa I learned the value of community. I strive to serve the neighborhoods that I grew up in and the people who desire to make Napa their home. I help people connect to the community of Napa with a focus on continuing to build the unique community of Napa and my belief that home is where your story begins.
