This wonderful North Napa home is SOLD! I helped the sellers prepare their house for market and accept an over asking price over for $785,000! This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1443 sq ft house. Especially exciting since my clients, who grew up in Napa and have been looking for a home for months now, get to make this house their first home! Local Napa families are making some big moves and I love guiding them through the process. I’m ready to help you get your house ready to accept an over asking price offer or guide you in purchasing your next home!
Apple Hill is in Placerville and Camino about 1 hour towards S. Lake Tahoe from Sacramento. A map of over 100 apple farms/bakeries/breweries/pumpkin patches can be found at We recommend Boa Vista Farms early as the lines get LONG! But, we found these were our favorite donuts, apple fritters and cider. Hard cider for those of you up for starting your day out strong. You will want to check out High Hill Farms for their caramel apples and don't miss the apple shakes! Hidden Star is less crowded and a more relaxing place to hang out. They have fancier pastries and are close to our lunch spot which was Jack Russell Brewery. We headed back to Sacramento to hit up our favorite boutique, Identity and couldn't pass up Insomnia cookies at the Golden 1 Center, home of the NBA Kings. If you decide to make an overnight trip of it, I suggest the Embassy Suites which is walking distance to the Capitol, Golden 1 and Old Town.
This house was snapped up by my buyer before it hit the market at asking price. The local buyers put their best foot forward with offer terms the sellers were looking for using a trusted, local lender to see them through the process quickly. The buyer’s new backyard backs up to her sister’s backyard so the cousins can grow up together! 0.40 of an acre in North Napa. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1614sq ft. Sold for $799,000. Outdoor space is a highlight with built-in BBQ and fire pit area, horse shoes, fruit trees and more. Did I forget to mention the newer garage/workshop with huge wine cellar?
So much is being sold off market. Don’t let the inventory online scare you away from buying. Let’s work together to find you your next home! This weekend my family decorated for Halloween and were so happy to have a festive distraction. We played Halloween music, decorated and made Halloween treats. Just like everyone else right now, we are making the best of 2020 and counting our blessings. This week, buyers had me off house hunting and two were highlights. The first is 3704 Monticello Rd. This is a two bedroom, 3 bathroom plus a guest tiny house with sweeping views of vineyards, oak trees and hills from every point in the house, even the bath tub and shower! The house was newly built and is custom in every way. The house can also be sold furnished and the Schramsberg riddling rack dining room table took my breath away. If this fits your needs, it is a must see! Offered at $2,800,000. The other property is located in Alta Heights at 1505 Meek Ave. This ideal location has a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home built in 1940 on .16 of an acre. The spacious backyard has so many possibilities. The walking distance to downtown, wood floors and sitting area out front with a view of the eastern hills were my favorite elements. This house is offered at $735,000. Happy to go house hunting with you! There are no broker’s tours or open houses still so let’s get out there and do some house shopping together!
