I have been sharing with you that the forecast for the year is fewer sales but slightly higher prices. Well, the Napa Register reported today that is exactly what we saw in the month of April. As real estate was deemed an essential business and Realtors got back to work, there have been fewer sales but prices remain higher than a year ago. I am seeing multiple offer situations for specific neighborhoods and price ranges. Many listings are holding firm on their prices while taking a bit longer to sell. Buyers hoping for pandemic bargains are finding just the opposite.
I am proud to have my listing at 1441 Sycamore St. featured in this article. It highlights the outstanding work of my team: Sergio Guerrero, Contractor; Lori Bitter of Dalia Staging and Darren Loveland, Photographer. It helps that the seller and I priced the house at Napa County’s median price for April of $675,000. ;) Read the full article by clicking below. Comments are closed.
