This weekend my family decorated for Halloween and were so happy to have a festive distraction. We played Halloween music, decorated and made Halloween treats. Just like everyone else right now, we are making the best of 2020 and counting our blessings. This week, buyers had me off house hunting and two were highlights. The first is 3704 Monticello Rd. This is a two bedroom, 3 bathroom plus a guest tiny house with sweeping views of vineyards, oak trees and hills from every point in the house, even the bath tub and shower! The house was newly built and is custom in every way. The house can also be sold furnished and the Schramsberg riddling rack dining room table took my breath away. If this fits your needs, it is a must see! Offered at $2,800,000. The other property is located in Alta Heights at 1505 Meek Ave. This ideal location has a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home built in 1940 on .16 of an acre. The spacious backyard has so many possibilities. The walking distance to downtown, wood floors and sitting area out front with a view of the eastern hills were my favorite elements. This house is offered at $735,000. Happy to go house hunting with you! There are no broker’s tours or open houses still so let’s get out there and do some house shopping together!
