It is still summer! The fall schedule is taking over but I am fighting to enjoy the last warm summer nights and bound and determined to enjoy time with family, friends and clients. This week we had soccer, volleyball, two broker’s tours, Mary Poppins auditions, house showings, attended the Justin Siena football game and an end of Summer Party. I don’t have ONE photo because I constantly whisked us off to “relax” and we never even made it back to the pool. Good thing all of these activities are fun!
There continues to be plenty of inventory coming on the market every week. Some homes are selling in a week, others are taking months. It all depends on the price range and condition of the home. There are plenty of options to get you there and see for yourself. Open houses are below. Let me know if I can help with questions or additional showings. After all, we need to get out there and enjoy this summer weather, despite the encroaching fall schedule ;)
A few that are open today that caught my attention are:
Others new on the market that were my favorites this week are:
4040 Escuela Dr. $718,800
3010 Silverado Trail $1,995,000
3722 Young Ave. $694,000
I am happy to set up showings for any of these.
